  • How to reach the Angerer Alm?

  • What do I have to know about the designated rates for the Zimmerl (rooms)?

    The rates for our rooms are per person per day including bed and the chosen board, not including visitor’s tax of € 2,20 per adult per night. At the weekends we additionally charge € 10, - per person per day.

  • Are there special prices for children?

    The child rate per day is € 39, -. This price is valid for children from 6 to 15 years for overnight stay including breakfast. If you book bed and board, we charge only bed and breakfast for children. Our little guests can choose a dish from our menu in the evening. If you request any changes, please inform us prior to your stay.

  • I have to cancel my reservation – what now?

    The following cancellation policy applies for late arrival, early departure, cancellation or short-term changes of booking without simultaneous new booking:

    • Cancellation 4 weeks prior to arrival - free
    • Cancellation up to 2 weeks prior to arrival – we charge 50% of the total booking value
    • Cancellation from 2 weeks until 1 week prior to arrival – we charge 75% of the total booking value
    • Cancellation less than 1 week prior to arrival – we charge 100% of the total booking value
    • We charge according to the confirmed number of guests.
  • Which terms for booking apply?

    A final confirmation of the number of guests has to be made until at least 4 weeks prior to arrival. To finally confirm your booking, we ask for a written confirmation as well as the forwarding of credit card data as security. With the confirmation of the booking we presume that you have read and accepted our cancellation policy and confirmed the booking.

  • Which services are included in my booking?

    During your stay at the Angerer Alm these services are included.

  • How are the rooms assigned?

    We reserve the right to assign our rooms according to capacity. What is guaranteed is, that you do not have to share your bed with a foreigner if we upgrade you from a double room to a family room.

  • Is it allowed to bring my dog with me to the Angerer Alm?

    Your pets are welcome at the Angerer Alm. We charge € 10,00 per day and if required, we charge a one-time cleaning fee of € 50,00.

  • When can I check-in and check-out?

    Summer:

    • check-in from 01.00 pm to 6.00 pm
    • check-out from 10.00 am to 11.00 am

    Winter:

    • check-in from 01.00 pm to 4.00 pm*
    • check-out from 10.00 am to 11.00 am

     

    *In winter you can only reach us with the cable car or on ski. The cable car operates until 3.45 pm. Further details on how to find us can be found here.

  • How is the weather at the Angerer Alm?

  • Is there WIFI at the Angerer Alm?

    There is free WIFI throughout the Angerer Alm (subject to availability).

    Gift vouchers for well-earned indulgence on the Alpine pastures can be found here. Smartbox-, EMOTION-, Jollydays- & Jochen-Schweizer vouchers are only valid from Sunday to Friday.
