When the sun slowly starts to set on the Kitzbüheler Horn then the time for indulgence has come at the Angerer Alm. Chef de cuisine Gerald Weiss personally prepares distinctive food symphonies for our 3-course menu for our half-board guests or on request for dinner guests. We serve what we have – that means, we do not have a menu to choose from. But one thing is sure: we only serve the best. We use products from local suppliers, ingredients produced by farmers in the region, local venison and herbs from our Alpine garden. A good wine from the wine cellar – best tended to by our sommelier – must not be missing.
