We accept cash, EC card / cash card, Mastercard and Visa.
All quoted prices for our rooms are per person per day including bed and the chosen board. The prices do not include visitor’s tax of € 2,20 per adult per night. At the weekends we charge an additional fee of € 10, - per person per day.
Children from 0 to 5 years are free. For children aged 6 to 15 years we charge € 36,50 per child and per day. These prices are for overnight stay including breakfast. Our younger guests can choose dishes from our menu in the evening. Please inform us in advance if you would like to make any changes.
The following cancellation policy applies for late arrival, early departure, cancellation or short-term changes of booking without simultaneous new booking:
- Cancellation 4 weeks prior to arrival - free
- Cancellation up to 2 weeks prior to arrival – we charge 50% of the total booking value
- Cancellation from 2 weeks until 1 week prior to arrival – we charge 75% of the total booking value
- Cancellation less than 1 week prior to arrival – we charge 100% of the total booking value
- We charge according to the number of people booked.
Something unexpected can always happen, therefore we recommend a travel insurance.
A final confirmation of the number of guests has to be made until at least 4 weeks prior to arrival. To finally confirm your booking, we ask for a written confirmation as well as the forwarding of credit card data as security. With the confirmation of the booking, we presume that you have read and accepted our cancellation policy and confirmed the booking.
We reserve the right to assign our rooms according to capacity. What is guaranteed is, that you do not have to share your bed with a foreigner, if we upgrade you from a double room to a family room.
During your stay at the Angerer Alm these services are included.
If you choose to stay overnight at the Angerer Alm the following catering varieties are possible: bed and breakfast in the mountains or bed and board (including 3-course dinner). Further information can be found here.
Your pets are welcome at the Angerer Alm. We charge € 10,00 per day and if required, we charge a one-time cleaning fee of € 50,00.
Summer:
- check-in from 01.00 pm to 6.00 pm
- check-out from 10.00 am to 11.00 am
Winter:
- check-in from 01.00 pm to 4.00 pm*
- check-out from 10.00 am to 11.00 am
*In winter you can only reach us with the cable car or the skis. The cable car operates until 3.45 pm. Further details on how to find us you find here.
From this year a parking fee has to be paid at the bottom station of the lift. There are some free car parking spaces for our guests. If non of those is free anymore, you unfortunately have to park on the large car parking space against a fee.
For the free car parking spaces: Please go to the cash desk at the bottom station of the lift, where you receive a chip, against a deposit of € 50,-. The chip has to be returned at the end of your stay to receive your deposit.Our tip: Come to us with as few cars as possible or travel by train!
